Interesting weather is ahead...

We have another 10 days ahead of summer like weather until the tides begin to turn. By the 21st of August a strong trough will move into the Northeast and bring a fall like air mass into the region. If the below map is correct for the 23rd my forecast would be: 56/42. That is most certainly a record breaking air mass, considering if the GFS is correct or not.

This is a map of the next day, with a hurricane just off shore and not cool, but cold weather? It's still far but let's see what happens with this, but it seems like some tropical weather could impact the east coast sometime next week.
